Took an acro yoga class with Anatoly- and loved it so very much. Instructions were clear and simple, so following each combo of poses and flying in the yoga hammock felt so easy and achievable at the same time looked advanced. Anatoly orchestrated his class in such a way that everyone felt safe and coached, he did some hands- on assistance with people who got confused or simply struggled with doing some exercises. I had so much fun trying something new and spent a lot of time soaring. If you are thinking of trying acro yoga class I highly recommend Anatoly. Thank you for such a great experience

I have been going here for almost 3 years now and I have learned many things from here. He has taught me how to kick punch and do many more kickboxing moves very well. I highly recommend going here it teaches very and you learn a lot. The kids there are taught well the people are taught well and its just a really fun experience. I would highly recommend going

What makes this place great is the owner's attitude and personal approach coupled with professionalism. Recommended to anyone with kids or if you are an adult who wants to get in shape.

I have been coming to this gym for over a year now and could not be happier. Anatoly is a fantastic trainer, great with kids, but also firm, which is the best part. The environment is positive and fun, and I would recommend this place to anyone. It is truly a life-changing experience.
