If there was a chance to give more stars , I wouldn't hesitate twice. The staff runs a very PROFESSIONAL operations. They know their products and think outside the box when it comes down to custom orders. Amir , Selman , Alex and Mark were amazing to work with. Their customer service is SUPERB.

I renovated an apartment and was absent during the renovation. Upon completion the apartment looked great except the contractor decided that he would leave all the HVAC ducts open at the end without any diffusers. There were 15 of them of individual sizes and attractive and narrow but sleek openings. The contractor was unable to find an attractive diffuser to meet the spec of the openings. I found InviAir on the web. There product looked interesting but I know little to nothing in this area. Worked with Brook Oz. She was great. Came up with a perfect, clean and modern looking bespoke solution. Contractor just had to slide them into the opening and screw them to the wall. Painter then smoothed over the screws with putty, siliconed the edges and painted. They look fantastic and handle the air perfectly

The InviAir ac diffusers solved the humidity condensation problem our new home condo had for two years. Because of the high humidity in Miami, my linear diffuser ac vents made of aluminum were constantly condensing moisture and dripping to the furniture and the floor. After one year of bringing two different experts to solve the problem, I found the company InviAir that makes a composite plastic type of linear diffuser advertised as solving the problem. I sent them photos of the existing vents with dimensions and they made me a custom replacement unit that fit right in and is free of condensation. I have replaced some ten vents and have eliminated condensation through the highest humidity months. Great company to work with, friendly, competent and timely.
