The previous reviewer must be an emplooyee, a friend of the owner, or is writing about the wrong company. My experience was just all too different, as I dealt with truly horrible customer service and the worst attitude to match. I have kept an entire paper trail of our business dealings with them as evidence. Only positive thing about this company is that they have a great phone service where the owner himself answers his calls at odd hours of the night. But at what cost? 1) They charged me for the installation of two float switches, yet they only installed one. When I questioned the double charge, they told me that the technicians are on the way to install a second. I never authorized this, and why charge me for the second job that was never completed? 2) When I asked them to adjust the invoice for just one float switch, it ended up costing nearly the same amount as installing two. 3) For initial inspection and testing (even though they only spent 10 mins at our site), they will charge you nearly $500. They will try to squeeze every penny and try to get you to spend at least $2k for any repairs and/or installations, no matter how small. And you'll get an even bigger brusk attitude, truly the most unprofessional behavior from the owner if you question any of his insane charges. All of our jobs were completed during regular business hours, where overtime didn't even apply. One of our sanitation maintenance companies was even aware of their crooked business reputation, and has kindly recommended another ejector pump company, Atlas Pump. I'll be calling them for our next job. All I know is, I'll never bother using Laurence Industries again. They are nothing short of a bunch of conniving thieves.

I had a well installed, the team was professional, courteous and well coordinated. My well is still functioning like the first day it was installed, with crystal clear water we use for multiple purposes. Our water bill has been reduced drastically because of the well. I was treated with respect when I communicated with the office. I would recommend this company.
