I've needed a locksmith a few times and am always satisfied with their professionalism and reaction speed. They bring a level of common sense to the process that is very much appreciated, such as when they asked me to email them a WhatsApp photo of the locks ahead of time so they would have the right tools available when they called. When asked, I consistently endorse them.

JORDAN LOCKS was just contacted after I accidentally locked myself out. The response time was 30 minutes, and the door was opened a few minutes afterwards. Ken was incredibly polite and handled the assignment expertly. I don't generally write reviews, but I felt forced to do so after experiencing this service. Excellent work.

It was a slight emergency because we had mistakenly trapped a pet in a room of the house. In any case, very good and speedy service, but given the late hour on St. Patrick's Day and the complications with COVID, I found the service especially amazing. The locksmith himself was both knowledgeable and pleasant.
