Extremely rude and disrespectful customer service. We walked into the store and asked for the wine section that was in the $50-100 range. The old white woman at the counter points at a general direction and then proceeds to give increasingly rude answers after we asked for clarifications. Old lady, we dont work here and are not familiar with your cluttered store. We dont have the time to spend all day looking at each label of each section to figure out where exactly you mean when you randomly wave your finger while watching a show on your phone. Please go ahead and review your video footage, I came in around 5pm on August 26th 2023. Make sure to zoom in on the part where you gave us the middle finger while we left. Other Asians should think twice before purchasing alcohol here as our business does not seem to be welcome. 86th Street is only what it is today due to our collective presence and contributions. Theres no room or reason for a low quality place like this to exist.

This is the best spot to shop. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable and the store has a very nice vibe. They have exotic wine & spirits but they're honest. If you want something cheap, they know what's what etc. Anyways, I appreciate your service!

Great selection and prices. Friendly and welcoming staff. Definitely my go to spot in the neighborhood for wine and spirits.
