        They picked me up from JFK. The driver was not familiar with Brooklyn. He dropped and broke two bottles I bought at duty-free. Dropped off my grandson, then me. Charged $250! The service claimed it was my fault the bottles broke and defended the driver and the price. I will never use this service again.

        Rude, they hang up on you and apparently you need some sort of membership to ride with them. Need to train their staff to service the public better.
