        Re: Sunlite LED Round Retrofit Recessed Downlight Can Lighting Replacement.Unexpectedly, several units fell from our ceiling after installation by an experienced electrician. Result was property damage and removal/reinstallation of all 50+ units with associated costs incurred by us.  Sunlite/Sunshine Lighting confirmed unit's retaining clip design was inadequate/improper and it was redesigned/replaced subsequently.Sunlite/Sunshine Lighting agreed to reimburse us in-full for all associated costs incurred as a result of the product failure. After all requested documentation was submitted, Sunlite/Sunshine Lighting refused to reimburse us and suspended all communication with us. The Company reneged on their reimbursement agreement in addition to selling an inferior product.
