Im a local who visited this shop during Christmas. I had the most wonderful time interacting with the manager and purchased a few items including a lovely necklace. Three days later my necklace was broken and I was devastated. After the holidays, I went back to the store in early Jan. The manager again greeted me and replaced the item generously with another. Unfortunately, being neurodivergent, I felt that the necklace I exchanged with didnt give me the same satisfaction. To be fair, this particular jewelry handmade and molded each heart shape, which makes each one different and special. I revisited the store feeling rather embarrassed but decided to share my story. Unluckily, the manager wasnt present so I ended up explaining my story and left my email with them. They promised that I will be contacted by the manager. Its been two weeks since the last visit and I haven't heard anything from anyone. I understand that this is an unusual case and I even stated that I will be happy with just getting the broken jewelry back. Im just disappointed since I always believed in local stores for having unique human interactions and now return date is well over so Im stuck with something I would never wear.

They have such amazing stuff , the woman was so helpful and amazing and helped pick out the best gift ever , Im definitely coming back again!!!

I loved every piece of item in the store. My new go to for all my body oils, butters , candles everything! The quality of the products and beyond beautiful and outstanding. Worth every single penny. Truly happy I found this place
