extraordinarily rude staff and gauche products to boot. upon entering, the two people in the shop were berating an online customer and ignored me until i approached the counter, at which point one of them donned an artificial smile and said "let me know if you have any questions!!". when i responded with a *question* the sales attendant looked stunned and became very irate. i asked about an irregularity (beyond my personal tolerance) in a handmade product, and was told dismissively that "uh, they're supposed to be like that" despite my presenting very clear evidence to the contrary. the other attendant acknowledged the validity of my observation and brought out a replacement from the back, which unfortunately also didn't meet my criteria. she then stormed back and indignantly pulled the entire backstock and slapped them on a table, exclaiming "here!! that's all we have!! ". i quickly found one that worked for me, and while i have great respect for the efficacy of the "take your pick" method, i found the entire episode to be very unprofessional and absurd. five stars for letting me pick negative four for the execution.
