I engaged this law firm to handle my case as a landlord seeking to sue my tenants for non-payment. Unfortunately, they advised me to file a non-payment case instead of a holdover case, despite the lease being expired, which they had on file. This led to the wrong motion being filed, and after 16 months of no progress, they dropped me as a client. Moreover, their lack of response to basic email inquiries reflects a lack of professionalism.

Worst lawyer ever A crook Do not go to this fraudulent business They are named and associated with Ed hall , cohen pc, ira cooper pc etc A big landlord tenant advertising as law firm - quacks do not know law much They have case against them with attorney gen office also in progress They are also associated with sutphin courts A big reason for the mass landlord tenant cases cropping up in Ny bring the whole economy down A Mongolian business ruthless and false They also eventually get your property deeds and start owning them Beware do not give them any documents They are fraudulent and cover both sides The tenant and landlord And fail cases purposefully Ignorant and do not prep their clients nor defend them and post false documents so they can fail the cases to dismiss which judge helps and the court system
