Thank you for being our customer and we appreciate you posting your feedback as we always strive to improve our facilities and our service.Let me respond to some of your points to ensure we give it the right attention:1) Laundromat is fully cleaned nightly, and during the day, the attendants clean the machines, floors, and bathroom several times a day. There are days, especially weekends when its busy with customers you will see floor full of dryer sheets. That is just because of volume, and not of the lack of effort to maintain clean machines and facilities.2) Dryer lint compartment cleaned nightly. And the additional deep cleaning done weekly. Typical dryer time required under high heat is 28min for small load and 35-42+ min for large load or heavy clothes/comforters. 21 min is never sufficient. And as it gets colder outside, reminder that dryer vents go to the roof and cold goes back inside, meaning that you need additional time to complete drying. And yes, our vents get cleaned as well.3) You are correct, we no longer have hand sanitizer on-site. We feel that hand sanitizers do not do a good job. For our facilities we buy Dial Antibacterial Liquid hand soap and the bottle next to the sink is refilled for proper hand washing.4) We do not provide wipes to wipe down the cart or folding tables. We do clean the tables. I have visited multiple other laundry facilities and have not seen anyone provide the wipes. We recommend that you bring your own wipes and help to ensure you get the level hygiene. 5) I agree with you that we need to do a better job of cleaning the wheels of the laundry carts. Although the staff should be doing that weekly, they do it less often. I will follow up to ensure it is done on a more consistent basis.I hope that we were able to respond to all your concerns.
