Laundry Clean

Why are we letting this happen in our neighborhood?? This Laundry Clean is so expensive they just raise the prices of the machines.....This is Brownsville not Parkslope the machines cost more than these neighborhood you would think are expensive....80% of the machines don't work you spend all day in there just to get a dryer most dryers are broken......Look in the ceiling covered with mold broken dirty bathroom, this place is a dump but you raising prices....Give me a break I went to check out the prices of machines in Cobble Hill and the machines don't cost this much....Why are they doing this to their customers? It's a rip off, if you raising prices at least give the customer what they paying for...

This laundromat is the worst. Too many of their machines are broken. This laundromat is also more expensive than other area laundromats. Hence, Ive always maintained an off and on relationship since it is the nearest to my home. Well, today was the last straw. I sent my daughter to pick up the laundry. We did drop off. When she arrived to pick up the laundry with the ticket in hand, the owner charged her more than was printed on the ticket. She attempted to provide some lame excuse suggesting the machine mis-calculated the pounds.. Really I dropped the laundry off and watched the attendant price the load. This is a business we will not support.

It seems the two rude black ladies that worked there are gone. I like the asian woman. She's very kind hearted respectful. She helps people without attitude. The place is in good hands
