Laundry King Pick Up and Delivery in Brooklyn

Went to get a dress dry cleaned. I explained that I needed it by Saturday night. They confirmed and gave me a receipt that it would be ready. I came and it was not ready. I went away for a few weeks and when I returned the dress was gone. No accountability.

They are low quality high cost. They over charged me and have rude staff. Not a service I will likely use again. I dont want the people they sent jnStaff is not friendly or helpful or communicative. The app does not work right and if it does not work right they are not friendly about it. It totally over charged me and they promise ten dollars off first time but dont give you the discount. They overcharged me and used extra services I did not ask for and only speak Arabic and when I asked them to change it they pretended like they didnt understand. The person who dropped off and picked up could not understand the word no or stop and was acting unsafely at my building holding the front door open for strangers with absolutely no consideration.
