I am satisfied with the service. I switched to this laundromat because the last place sent my laundry back with missing items. Rather than complain. I just purchase new ones and switched places. The customer service is good. The guy that I dropped my laundry off to was pleasant and the lady that handed me back my laundry was equally pleasant and smiling. I am happy with the service. I received all my items back. They packed in an order that I actually like. It was easy to put away. For me, customer service is equally important as the product!!!

Leaving one star bc I can't leave 0. Laundromat extremely dirty how can I wash my clothes here. If that's not bad enough the owners are even dirtier treating customers with racism.
I was told AFTER I spent my money here that I'm not allowed to fold my clothes here. Which I found to be ridiculous. There was not a single sign up saying folding is not allowed.
What kind of laundromat does not let you folks after you have used their washer and dryer

They are very good..........................
