AWESOME!!! They made a copy and programmed a key for my Chevy Malibu... The lady that took care of it was such a dear... Very friendly and knowledgeable and did a fast, efficient job.... And they're reasonably priced... Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs key or lock service.

Empire Locksmith provided superior service, reasonable prices, and were extremely professional! When my mortise lock was damaged due to a break-in, I needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. Aura was a rock star locksmith, providing me with a replacement mortise lock and rekeying my cylinders with fast and accurate. But it wasnt just his skills and knowledge that impressed me. Aura was a pleasure to work with, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions with a smile. Plus, lets talk about value. Empires pricing was extremely low compared to other locksmith that wanted to charge me two to three times the amount. They were incredibly reasonable, making me feel like I got exceptional value for my money. So, if you ever need a locksmith, reach out to Empire Locksmith. And ask for the Aura!
