I was so surprised to visit this magical location on the 2nd floor in Industry City. What a find! If you are looking for a gorgeous gift for your loved one, this is the spot. There are affordable price points along with pieces that are luxurious. My favorite thing is that every piece is handmade and has a story. This is such a special store. Don't think twice - just go!

Saskia has very unique and beautiful jewelry ranging in price so there is something for everyone. Saskia herself is warm and personable. As are her employees. Her jewelry making class is great!

If you're looking for elegant, finely crafted Jewelry made from fascinating globally-sourced materials, Saskia is a fantastic source and shopping there is a delightful experience. My wife and I discovered Saskia at the Columbus Circle holiday market probably 10+ years ago and have been following her work ever since. What a wonderful surprise to find she'd opened a studio/shop in Industry City. First and foremost, we just love her work. It has a distinctive style - drawing on gorgeous and fascinating materials sourced from global travels and working them into elegant, understated, finely-crafted modern designs (this month, I bought a stunning green Amethyst necklace for my wife, as well as a gorgeous earth-toned stone necklace for another family member). While the work has a distinctive style, there is a great deal of range within it, so we've been able to find gifts for friends and family spanning a wide variety of tastes. Price-wise, they have a fairly broad range. For such high quality crafts(wo)manship and beautiful, distinctive designs, we've always found her work to offer exceptional value. It's also just lovely doing business with Saskia and her team. They're delightful people and terrific at helping you find the right gifts for various tastes, price ranges, etc. so visits are always a pleasure. We don't live anywhere nearby, but we've happily traveled to the studio twice already this season. We'll be back again soon, no doubt! Finally, worth noting that, while slightly off the beaten path, a visit to Industry City offers the opportunity for hours of adventure. Both recent visits to Saskia's shop also involved eating in the Japanese food court, ogling the glorious wine collection at Moore Brothers (not open when we went by last time, but still shipping), and picking up goodies from Sahadi's, Li-Lac, and the Japanese market. What a blast!
