Martha Anthony, MD

I've tried to call three times, waiting on the line for at least ten minutes every time, while trying to cancel a doctors appointment after they changed the scheduled date. Haven't actually gone here, but I really don't plan on it now.

Poor phone services, Dr Martha Anthony is my son PCP, I took my son to the emergency room on Saturday for bad rashes and itching, they prescribed a ointment that doesnt help, he woke up this morning with the same issue and was crying nonstop, I did a walk-in around 10:00am, explained everything to the tech at the front counter, she went and ask the Dr if she can see my son, she came back and told me Dr Martha said no, not until next week Tuesday, I asked her again please go back and ask Dr Martha because my son was cry nonstop and itching, she did went back to Dr, and told me if her 10:30am doesnt show up then she can see my son, few minutes later I was told her 10:30 arrived however she cant see him until next Tuesday the 21st of February, what heart of a human is Dr Martha Anthony towards a 5 years old, she didnt even have the decency to come out for a minute to speak to us, what if this little boy life was depending on her today, Dr should have compassion for all doesnt matter the circumstances!!!!!!!!!

Been calling for last 3 weeks to make appointment and no one answers the phone and while waiting for someone to pick up you get disconnected. I had surgury in Jan and was looking to get a visit . There is no way to get a live person or leave a message.

When it was Dr Vento's practice it was better. Dr. Martha Anthony is our family doctor & she is Aces. The staff...not so good.

THEY DO NOT CALL YOU BACK FOR RESULTS; I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR 6 MONTHS AND LEAVING MESSAGES; BEWARE!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! THIS IS MALPRACTICE!!! FAILURE TO DIAGNOSE! I went to Dr. Anthony's office in April. She seemed pleasant enough and I was given a heart monitor to wear for 1 week. She stated that I would receive the results thereafter. I have been calling for MONTHS without a response, anxiety-ridden the entire time. I left messages (of which the front desk claimed they only received the one from 8/30/21) and several voicemails, which they say they never received --it's more likely that they did not take notes in their system or check their voicemail box. I called today because I received a nonsense letter in the mail stating that Dr. Anthony had been trying to contact me to give me my results which was PATENTLY FALSE and to call the office AGAIN. I called 12 TIMES JUST TODAY because I was either sent to a voicemail box or hung up on 11/12 times! They clearly sent this to cover their behinds in case I decided to file a lawsuit. Every time I have called it's been an uphill battle to speak to someone. This doctor and her office on 18th Avenue commits medical malpractice in the form of failure to diagnose. Had I actually been ill, I could have died or been harmed as a consequence of their negligence. I FINALLY reached a front-desk employee named Alice who was able to help me; she was NOT even a medical professional and yet was able to give me the results I needed. All I needed to know was that I was okay. Thankfully, everything was alright but the disgusting, unethical, unprofessional behavior exhibited has led me to review them and warn others. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!
