        We tried to get an insurance quote for our business. After being told how much experience the agent had they never called back or made the quote even though I was told. "Yes I was just looking at this", "you did not receive the email", " I will have it for you tomorrow" Quite unprofessional.

        My mother's previous home insurance policy with another agency was cancelled and that agency couldn't find another company to take her. Then a second agency couldn't help either. I called Van McCray around 11:30am and was signing a binder and sending a payment within THREE HOURS! Absolute consummate professional to work with - knowledgeable, patient, answered all my questions and knew just how to handle the situation. After weeks of stressing out, he solved my problem in no time. I cannot recommend Van highly enough.
