You left the same review 3 months agoUnder a different name.See below:Ram OusIf you don't speak English very well keep away from this broker they will still your money and you can't do nothing, I do car insurance with them, they give me lease with extra paper to sing and they ask about deposit 300$ and they say when you cancel you will get your mony back after 3 months I cancel my insurance because I sell my car when I asked them about my deposit they show me that paper saying the deposit it's not refundable, as new immigrant you know how hard to collect money in this contery and how hard you need to work and How many sacrifice do you have to do?, and in the end soft woman sitting in the office behind the disk in comfortable chair, A woman steals your money taking advantage of your poor level of EnglishWe replied as follows: Mr Ous we apologize for the late reply but we were unable to locate a file under the above name. However regardless of where you obtained your Auto policy or whatever language you speak the rules and regulations according to the NY State Insurance Department are the same for everyone. When you cancel a policy the insurance company will pro rate your premium depending on how many days you used it , then it will refund the unearned premium back to you by mail. Insurance is a contract that you agree to purchase by signing to buy and to pay for. I hope this helps you understand the system better. The reply we gave you then still stands
