If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I called the office to get a quote. I am a customer with Allstate, but was looking to get a Brooklyn quote. The woman on the phone said that they are on a break and are not accepting any customers.

I have a client that is assigned to the Agency of Anthony Ramdass, I manage my clients affairs and was the one calling on his behalf.
I was trying to update a policy and they didnt understand very straightforward information. I sent an email containing the documents they requested and they never called back as they said they would. Im trying to call again, for the 4th or 5th time and they dont answer the phone. Ive already left a message. Choose another agency besides this one. Sarah Sibadan is the agent I use for my personal policy and she has a fantastic agency who actually answers and takes care of your policy quick and efficiently.
