It was ok, didnt have much trouble with my stay but the rooms are a bit old and too tight.

Worst stay ever . Stood 3 days and was bothered for having guests . Had a double room which should allow 4 people . Was threatened to get kicked out if I invited anymore guests to my room after already paying money for the day . Not once have I been told no guests allowed upon check in nor are there any signs saying such . After saying there for 4 days refused to match the booking price which is something they are supposed to do and have done in the past . Treated like a peasant and was still willing to pay for another night but they tried over charging me and refused to match booking price telling me to book on there when on booking it said sold out when it wasnt . Terrible terrible business dont know how to run a business or be polite to recurring customers who pay a lot to stay there several days a month . Have the nerve to overcharge when the Tv had no signal all day and night kept going in and out same with the Wi-Fi . Several roaches were in the room spotted them through the stay walking on the walls . Great location but poor service and rude staff . Wouldnt recommend if you plan to invite a friend who hasnt checked in with you they wont let them stay and will probably complain and tell you no guests . I dont know what happened this place used to be one of the best nonchalant places but they arent anymore . Felt unwelcomed by the staff. Rooms: Not the biggest pretty small and tight in space . Defiantly could use better cleaning moldy smell in closet . Roaches crawling occasionally on the walls . Tv wasnt working service went in and out all night and day , Heat doesnt turn off have to put ac if u dont want heat. Only good thing is the steaming hot shower probably the only thing I enjoyed . Noteworthy details: There is no rules about guests but if u invite anyone to stay who hasnt checked in with you they will make a big deal . Had a room with the two beds checked in with my husband and when I invited a friend to Visit for a few hours and stay I was called and told no guests or visitors was threatened to get kicked out after I just payed for another night not even an hour ago . These people dont know how to respect reaccuring paying guests . Worried about me inviting my friend to a room that is allowed up to 4 people when there is people yelling and fighting in hallway at 3 in the am but never said not one word to them . I dont recommend this place .

Worst Hotel - Dirty hotel! The sheets are disgusting, we discovered dead cockroaches on the window sill and at the reception where breakfast is. The housekeeper never changes the sheets or cleans the floor. - The parking lot only has 2 spaces and we had to deal with neighborhood thugs who tried to steal the motorcycles parked in the hotel parking lot. - These thugs even entered the building as they wanted all night in a daze because the entrance is not secure. - Minimum hotel 40 minutes from Manhattan. - Heating that only works when it wants and what's more it makes a hellish noise - In the night we hear couples doing you know what In short, don't give them your money
