I had problems with the installation, scheduling, punctuality, and pricing/financing, so I would not recommend someone go through the same experience, but I will say when I complained the night after installation was complete that 1/4 installed units was not cooling and another was causing my entire house to lose power periodically, they were here the next morning to fix it on a weekend. So at least they stand by their work and fix issues promptly. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
