I come here often The fat girl at night called the police on me because she couldnt back track after telling me i didnt have a reservation when i clearly did. Went back to show her on my phone, she pulled it up everything was good just a misunderstanding right? No! Because i said there was a hold for $50 on my card so there must be a reservation, tells me thats not possible, so i tell her thats besides the point you found the reservation heres my card just charger me i need some sleep its 430 a.m She literally wanted me to listen her tell me how im wrong or i would have to leave.. im sorry for the people that have to live with you daily, shrek. And to the property managers, do better no one comes to a hotel on this side of brooklyn to experience ghetto laziness and ghetto attitude

I'm definitely recommending this hotel for those who want a good experience staying in Brooklyn. We have stayed in the past in 2 other hotels, and this is by far the best. Pros: very very clean. New. Friendly staff Comfortable beds and soft pillows (we love soft pillows). Great location. The stop for express bus to the city is right across the street. Cons: Room we stayed in was very small with no place to put your clothes. There are no drawers or closets. We practically lived out of suitcases for 6 days. Breakfast is very basic in comparison to other hotels. No hot station with waffles, eggs and potatoes. Same two flavorless egg sandwiches. And there's another point that unfortunately a hotel can do nothing about: the way they designed doors into the rooms, it makes a loud slamming sound even if the door is not slammed. Expect hearing "door slamming" noise that will disturb your sleep at night and mornings.

It was a very beautiful hotel! I was blown away by how clean everything was. As an avid traveler who depends on reviews before booking, I can say that this is the place to stay. My friend and I stayed here for a concert nearby and it was so worth it. The rooms had a nice vibe to them. From the color to the technology, etc. The pillows were almost too soft (even that sounds like I'm complaining), but if that's not your thing, I just wanted to give you a heads up on that. We truly enjoyed breakfast. I personally didn't like that there weren't enough tongs to pick up the bread/muffins with because, let's be honest, people would just put their hand right on in. Any who, I can not wait to stay again! Thank you for a great & peaceful time. Noteworthy details: The MOST noteworthy thing is to have the phone number for the front desk handy because that's the only way you're getting out of the garage, if you spent the $30 each night). If you're claustrophobic, definitely don't park down there. If you're not comfortable driving, don't park down there because it's pretty tight. This is one thing I wish they explained at check-in/out.
