You and paying for location and service. Room is functional and there is limited space and amenities. However, the hotel has a vibe similar to W hotels but scaled down.

First let me say the front desk staff was more than helpful letting me and my sister check in early. We had an emergency and we were unaware of the original check in time. They held our luggage until our room was ready while we waited in one of the lounge areas. Rooms were small, comfortable though & perfect for an overnight stay. Later in the evening I went downstairs to grab a drink at the bar while waiting on my food. Diego was THE BEST! I was hoping the espresso machine was still running and even though he was ready to shut down he went out of his way to still make me a cappuccino. His cocktails were also amazing. Thank you guys for a comfortable stay!

The front desk was very helpful accommating. Clean safe and upscale. Rooms was 2 queens and designed creatively to get everything you need in a small space. If you are looking for a big room bathroom this is not the place. .I was happy w my room it worked for 2 Nearby activities: Many restaurants walkimg distance to parks churches Safety: Very safe Walkability: Great walking area

Overall had a great stay for two nights. Awesome location within walking distance of train and many restaurants and quaint bars, pretty quiet area. Please note: rooms are small including tiny bathrooms countertops but thats standard for a moxy. Great bar downstairs with good snacks. Hotel also has a laundry service (and rooftop bar that I did not visit) will return

One of the best dumps Ive ever taken in NYC. I had a coffee earlier and suddenly it all came and I had to urgently find a bathroom to let it out. I was sweating. The guy in the reception kindly led me to the bathroom. It was all new and super clean. The only disadvantage is that the light is very dark, so you might need to use the camera flashlight. The rest was amazing. Many thanks to all the staff the hotel, they were great and understood my situation very well. Noteworthy details: Very clean!
