I work for a travel agency and everytime I have called this property in hopes to speak to someone in sales they literally end the call on me. My colleague also experienced the same thing which is less than hospitable. Really unfortunate as it is in such a cute part of town.

Super clean, no bed bugs and breakfast is provided. Parking can be found around the block easily. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear people talk clearly

The Baltic Hotel unfortunately falls short in several key areas, warranting a two-star rating. One of the most concerning aspects was the cleanliness of the sheets, which left much to be desired. The presence of stains and an apparent lack of freshness suggested that the commercial linen might not be replaced frequently, compounded by the strong chemical odor from washing. This aspect greatly detracted from the overall comfort and satisfaction of the stay. Moreover, the state of the common area rugs was another disappointment. Heavy staining indicated a lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance, which further contributed to a sense of discomfort and dissatisfaction among guests. Additionally, the thin walls failed to provide adequate sound insulation, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful stay as noise from fellow guests easily permeated through, disrupting any chance of relaxation. On a slightly brighter note, the front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, providing a positive interaction upon arrival. However, the breakfast offerings were basic, lacking variety and quality. While the Baltic Hotel may suffice for individuals or couples seeking a simple place to rest their heads, it falls short of expectations for those looking for a more comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience.
