They have a Russian worker who is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. She also doesn't have the patience to explain. I came to get my aunt's payment card. That lady looks like she had a bad day. It was that she thought I was a white person when she saw that I was black. She didn't like my problem. I don't know why she didn't give me the card. I understand that for security reasons she can't give it in without a piece of paper or an identification card from my aunt, but the way she spoke to me. She treated me worse than trash. I don't know how such a poorly educated person can have a job. in customer service who doesn't know how to explain to people what to do adress 1417 avenue Z ,I thank God that my mother's coordinator is in the queens office in that office if they know how to treat people with respect and politeness

Disrespectful to home care aides. Application was submitted on 01/30, today is 02/23. My mother was advised to come in for orientation, however upon arrival, rep told her that documentation is not ready yet. Why didnt they call her to cancel? She wasnt the only aide who was sent away. Kindly look at how your office is operating! You just lost a great aide with 15 years of experience.
