I am an RN for 31 years. Most of my working years I have spent doing homecare. I never worked for this company but I wish I did. They are great. I had nursing, PT and OT. I loved them all. My case manager was on top of everything. I had a fall into my tub and broke both shoulders and humerus. My surgon is so impressed with the function of my arms and my healing. I owe it to my Prime Staff.

Terrible service. The PT person never showed up. The nurse came and took info and never heard back from them. Nothing. I tried calling and was told to dial O for assistance and was left on hold indefinitely. Had a total knee replacement and can’t believe this company was recommended

No one ever gets back to you, my supplies are taking more than a week and I was told 2 days. Workers never get back to you or log information in because every time I called they would say did not get that in the log first time I’m hearing of it...mind you I had 3 ppl already come to my house before that and was told to call for follow up and I get no help smh worst
