The worst of the the worst agencies in the world! If you quit you have to beg for your money that you earn like sick days and vacation. Plus the owner of this agency think of her self like a GOD she want to speak with you after you quit till then you wont get paid or anything like that any how stay AWAY !!! Holding all your money ! So cheap !!!! It look like she need to enjoy the life not to hold your $$$ Get a life girl and a man !

good luck with the new supervisor Cristina who is a very unpleasant person, things were excellent when Eslana was the supervisor, I speak from my experience as a coordinator, personally my pay was not that bad but I had an unpleasant person as a boss this place is unprofessional place to work, please stay away dont waste your time, they expecting you to do all the job from others department and to cover the cases when they dont have aides available they keep taking cases without caregiver available and then blame you for no send aides to the patients, All the patients and caregivers blamed me for not picking up the phone when I was the only coordinator working because my two colleagues couldn't stand the pressure of the new boss and I regret that I stayed and didn't resign like my colleagues. The new coordinator starlin is calm and relax because he is a family member of Christina I dont know if he is the cousin or nephew, which is why he has lasted in the company, the coordinators do not last more than 1 month, I regret having allowed them to abuse me by doing the job of 3 coordinators and expecting me to complete all the ridiculous tasks that Christina asked for when I was working like a slaver, Only take the job if you have never worked in an office and you want to gain experience and be paid the minimum wage.
