Swift Home Care - A management company for Serenity Health and Wellness

They were horrible. The aids sat on my couch all day talking on the phone. They didn't talk to me, never cooked for me. Gave me Cheerios and morning noon and night. Sometimes they would heat up soup. No food prep. Ignores me when I called for help for hours before I fell out of bed. Aids did bare minimum. Don't hire this company. Beware.

The communication at Swift Home Care is superb, even during the weekend. I have switched to numerous home care agencies due to lack of communication. Every encounter has been a positive. There representatives are knowledgeable, compassionate and professional.

I have been working with Swift since November 2023 and I have had the absolute best experience with them. Meg Cheng, Lead Intake & Authorizations Specialist, has been an absolute pleasure to work with and has been one of the many angels I have come into contact with since starting down this road for my parents. Meg has answered my many, many questions with patience and expertise. She has consistently steered me in the direction that would best benefit my parents and she is very understanding, which I appreciate so much. I would highly recommend Swift Home Care to anyone that is looking for home health services.
