        My dad had an appointment here and the staff was kind and treated them well. He felt looked after and had nothing but good things to say.

        No one answers the phone! I walked in and asked them if the phones do not work and was told that the phones are routed to their Manhattan location! LikeWTF?! If I wanted Manhattan, I would have called Manhattan! The Asian male doctor is also extremely rough and rude. Fails to make sure his patient is comfortable and not in pain. I tried explaining to him how my ear wax has been removed in the past (by using the vacuum suction) & hes telling me that it wouldnt work and begin flushing my ears with water and then trying to dig out the wax with 1 of his tools. Eventually he gave up and used the vacuum suction and the wax came right out! His words to me: Oh, I guess you were right after all. Smfh
