Stay as far away from this place as you possibly can. The most unprofessional services that you can ever acquire across all kinds of services everywhere. They will lie to you, they will not return your calls, they will be rude and belligerent, they will not show up when they say they are going to, and show up when they are not supposed to. They will incorrectly file your paperwork with your insurance company. They will cost you weeks and weeks of much-needed physical or occupational therapy. If you need therapy related rehabilitation services, you are better off figuring it all out on your own than going to Center Light. If you are in the hospital, and they come to you to partner you with a rehab facility, and the organization with which you are presented is Center Light, reject them immediately and go through the trouble of finding an agency on your own. Believe me, it will be worth it.

Definitely not a shining light. Wound care department lacked appropriate administrative follow up in obtaining patient care supplies in a timely manner. Had to purchase our own supplies to take care of mom due to the severity of her circumstances. Majority of the times had to call to see if a wound care nurse was scheduled to come to the house to take care of mom and often she was not on the schedule. Definitely would not recommend!
