Update Javier came to talk to me personally. He send his workers to fix the AC and hopefully they keep working from here on out. I tried talking to the owner and his son, his son is VERY disrespectful. I dont understand how a business doesnt give a receipt when work is fully done. The receipt we got it after 2 years and that is because I had to ask for it because when they did their work my father trusted them. They put 3 units and left the work half done, duck tape and wires all over. Again I tried asking them to come and check it, prior my father asking them 3 times. Now they are accusing us as scammers because I keep asking for them to check out the work they did. If you see other reviews you clearly see the system they use fails pretty quickly but I guess they pick and choose who to services. If you want a good AC and Heating unit look for a well established company because like that you know youll be investing in good service from owner, employees and especially equipment. No one is asking for free service when they are the ones who did the job. If I could leave zero stars I would. Would not be recommended this to anyone

Our office is very satisfied with the work that was performed. I called someone local because the previous company charged us and the heat worked only for 2 days. Javier came the same day, changed the parts and the problem was solved. Definitely recommended. Thanks
