Completely agree with the reviews here. Carmine arrived on time and fixed a super loud and leaky boiler. He replaced the circulating pump, the pressure relief valve, and repressurized the expansion tank.

We've been using Primary Plumbing to perform annual maintenance on our boiler and any repairs as needed, for several years. The owner comes himself, professional, takes the time to explain to you the issue, and tells you yours options. He is honest and very pleasant to work with. The first time I called Carmine it was because my thermostat had broken. He came, fixed it in a few minutes, and performed long overdue maintenance on my boiler. Since then I've had him handle all of our plumbing needs, including regular boiler maintenance and replacing our hot water tank when our old one started to go. He is on time, professional and reasonably priced. I strongly recommend everyone in Brooklyn to call Carmine for heating/plumbing needs! Carmine is a master of his craft. He was easy to reach, on time, and efficient. Going forward, Primary Plumbing is the only one we're going to call for our Gas Boiler maintenance or repair.
