        Tried Charmaines salon for the first time. She is very sweet, welcoming, professional. Asked for highlights and a cut. Cut was good but the highlights were done poorly. Splotchy, inconsistent and not close to scalp. Showed grow out just two days after my appt. I called her to help and she just said thats how theyre supposed to be. Disappointing.
