Joe really knows what he's doing. I got a balayage done for the first time ever last year and got so many compliments and it lasted a very long time and it did not turn brassy. Just went back a second time to get another balayage, and it looks amazing so happy with the results. He seems to have a very in-depth and technical knowledge about hair and you can tell he's experienced because he personally goes to each customer and spends a good amount of time answering your questions or concerns. He will be very honest with you, but at the same time open to listening what you want to achieve which I really appreciate because a lot of times hairstylists will just give you what you want when it's not really what you need overall great experience, they handed out water to everyone and also a sample size of the hair repair treatment.
