Now, Im not a guy who goes to salons often, but this was a great experience. Lisa really fixed me up! She knew a lot about how I should be taking care of my new growth. I definitely recommend!

Honestly, Im not one to write reviews but I just had to put this out there. Ive gone here a few times and they usually do a good job but I think their prices are outrageous. They wont give you a firm price on the phone, you have to go in and they need to look at your hair in order to give you a price, which I suppose is fair. What I dont think is fair is paying $40 for a trim. I usually trim my hair at home but the stylist repeatedly insisted I get a trim there, so I did. The service was fine but when it came time to pay, they didnt have Apple Pay which is okay so I used my cardI believe this also happened the last time I was there but they charged me almost $10 in SALES TAX on top of my service. To be honest, I found that weird. My service was (wash+ blow dry+ deep cond) =$65, add the $40(trim)= $105 PLUS SALES TAX = $115.32 Im sorry but I think its ridiculous. I wish them the best and hope they thrive but I wont be back.

Imagine experiencing the BEST SALON SERVICE EVER on a days notice for an appointment. That was my experience today. I called with fingers crossed knowing I would get turned down for a same day appointment at 11am and was offered a 1pm appointment (not recommended btw, definitely call ahead and make appts- slim chances you'd be so lucky) The lady who answered the phone was so kind and helpful and got me right in. Parking was horrendous so give yourself 30mins to spare so youre on time. The salon was airy, beautifully decorated, and clean above alll. The assistant stylist (forgive me I forgot your name already *pregnancy brain*) prepped my hair and was gentle, thorough, and sweet and the wash was heavenly. Then Lisa styled me up, and went above and beyond on the cut that I desired. You can really tell that she is experienced, she cleaned as she went, sanitized everything, complimented me, and was moving like a magician with her shears! She also uses top of the line products. I cannot recommend this salon enough. I felt very relaxed and at home. Im so looking forward to going back for my wash! Great job ladies

Lisa is a fucking scammer. My sister went there for mini twists; her appointment was as for 11am. By 3pm, Lisa hadn't even begun twisting her hair. I came in about 4pm to bring my sister a sandwich, and Lisa was on someone else's head, where 2 other people were also working (so that's 3 people working on a single client when you have a client who's been there for 5 hours for a service that should take 3.5 hours at the most). l asked what the delay was, and that's when Lisa went back to working on her hair. My sister's service wasn't finished until 7pm and upon check out Lisa charged my sister $300 for chin length 2 strand twists. She's rude, unprofessional, and a true fucking scammer who took advantage of my sister's meek nature. I wouldn't recommend.
