F45 Training Williamsburg North

I really love the workouts in this gym and trainers. My body is definitely reaping benefits. I chose F45 because I realized I spent too much time at regular gyms taking too many breaks and being confused about workouts. Only complaint is I just wish the gym was a bit more social. Everyone is in and out. They have planned a few upcoming events but outside of that people keep to themselves. I thought it'd be like the photos where everyone knew each other. Other than that f45 is great. Still way better than working out alone. The music is awesome. The trainers are great. They help me with form and are approachable. Also, there's no shaming in modifying your workouts. You know your body best. I definitely see myself here for the longterm unless there's someplace better definitely give it a go if you can afford it. My body feels great. 3-4x a week is sufficient.

Great people and workouts at the WillyB North F45 location. Very encouraging trainers and friendly patrons. Can't recommend the gym enough!

Great trainers - always super supportive and positive and not in your face . Great location - easy to get to and great equipment. Great crowd - everyone is very chill and lets you do your thing A++

I've loved f45 for years and this is the first studio I've been to in New York. I love this location! It's always a good time when I go, the instructors are really welcoming and know the right way to challenge you.
