Awesome staff always very polite and helpful. Building has experience water leaks, and issues with water fountain pressure but overall it's affordable and filled with amazing equipment like hydro beds , tanning machine, massage chairs, and if course workout equipment. Lost 50lbs eating healthy and exercising at planet fitness. Have the $26 monthly membership which is worth every cent.

friendly staff, in general everything is clean, the only drawback is that the water fountains do not work, I think this is how they increase the sales of drinks, on the second floor in the stretching room the air conditioning does not work well, because of this it is impossible to work out and breathe comfortably there

I recently signed up for a membership at this Planet Fitness location, Unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. Within minutes of entering the gym, I encountered several issues: - A strong, unpleasant odor permeated the second floor, making it difficult to breathe comfortably. (This might be the primary reason for my cancellation) - The water fountains weren't functioning properly, hindering hydration during a workout. - The overall cleanliness in the restrooms and locker areas left a lot to be desired. Given these concerns, I approached the front desk within 15 minutes of signing up and requested to cancel my membership. While the staff member was courteous, attempts to speak with the manager about a potential refund were unsuccessful. Frustratingly, I was informed that cancellations and refunds can only be processed by the general manager, who was unavailable at the time and apparently unavailable again when I came back to see him due to an extended break. While I understand that gyms can get busy, basic hygiene and proper functionality of equipment should be a priority. Unfortunately, my experience at this location fell short in these areas. Furthermore, the lack of a flexible cancellation process, especially considering the immediate issues I encountered, was incredibly inconvenient. For anyone considering this gym, I recommend looking elsewhere to ensure an enjoyable and sanitary workout environment, with a more responsive management team.
