Overcrowded gym, no hot water for over a month, mold in the showers and extremely rude staff. Personal trainers treat regular customers like second class (as if we wouldnt pay for our monthly fees). I have a heard a personal trainer tell someone to move to other place because her clients pay more. Not the luxury experience Equinox advertises and definitely not what we paid for.

I think this location is really nice! It's decently sized considering everything around the area is tiny so it actually is pretty big considering that but the layout is kind of weird because you have to go upstairs for main gym floor then you have to back downstairs for the locker rooms/yoga room. It's nice that they have multiple fridges filled with the wet towels that smell divine!! And the one other cool thing is that they have the recovery haus thing where you can just float and relax. With all that said though, the reason for just the 3 stars is because the cleanliness could be a lot better in the locker rooms. There was a lot of black mold around the shower booths and the bathroom area was pretty dark too with toilet paper just thrown everywhere and such. So it didnt really feel clean but other than that the gym itself was nice and the locker rooms were also pretty spacious too
