I still am not over how amazing this spot is. Marine Park needed a gym like this! Everything is so clean and the vibes from everyone are 10/10 that Ive met. Sammys the man and the membership is reasonably priced especially for what youre getting. Ive never had to wait for anything since I joined. Incredibly happy.

My friend and I were looking for a gym that was in the neighborhood and not overly crowded. We came across this one and decided to sign up for a few personal training sessions. Sammy is a great personal trainer who is knowledgeable and pushes you every session to do more than you think you can handle. As someone who has been working out for awhile now, his sessions definitely humbled me! He is always open to answering any questions we have on form and diet. This facility is amazing with a variety of machines and equipment, as well as other classes you can take. Everyone here is also super friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this gym, dont hesitate to join!
