Ill probably never find the words to express how much gratitude I have for Home Clean Home and their crew, but Ill give it a shot:
I was working against a tight deadline (9 days) and thought no one would be able to help with the level of help that was necessary at my aging mothers apartment. Hadas (site manager) came out to do an assessment and assured me that it was well within their wheelhouse, and with those words she instantly eased my worry.
Charless can-do attitude and unwavering positivity made a significant difference in easing the stress of cleaning up my mothers apartment. His professionalism and dedication were evident in every task he undertook, making the entire experience remarkably smooth and efficient.
What truly sets Home Clean Home apart is their remarkable flexibility and accommodation, exemplified by Hadas. She went above and beyond by rearranging less time-sensitive jobs to accommodate a deadline given by my mothers landlord. This level of dedication ensured that the job was completed promptly and to the highest standards. Hadas checked in with my mother and how she was feeling about the process daily, which was very appreciated.
I also want to acknowledge Julian for his positivity and professionalism, contributing to a seamless and stress-free experience for my mom throughout the entire process.
While my moms comfort was paramount to me, I appreciated that Dona who answered the phone when I first called made me feel comfortable as well. What I thought was an impossible job sounded a lot more possible after her reassurance.
Needless to say, I would highly recommend Home Clean Home to anyone looking to declutter, clean, and/or organize their home.

One of the most horrible companies ever. They sent two cleaners. One, Charles was good. The other one kept leaving front and back doors open, snooping around, moved the stove and left it like that, left mouse traps on the floor...a disaster...they never put anything back, just left it all outside with rain on the way and wild animals in the area. Charles at least covered things. The other one kept nagging him to just leave. Three days and everything is still outside. Horrible company.

We came to Brooklyn from Oregon to clean a family home. This team showed up, bagged, dumped, and cleaned a very large messy job. This team did an excellent outstanding job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Charles and Raimondo from this company. They did an unbelievably amazing job with a tough situation. They were punctual, professional, polite and compassionate towards myself and my elderly aunt. The company itself, along with Donna, were easy to work with and did what they promised. Thanks to Charles and Raimondo my aunt has a new, clean start!! They are the best!
