Hi Ayelet, As we mentioned in the store, if it was a few days, or even a few weeks after this happened, we would be glad to assist you with fixing or replacing the earring back, to ensure it stays on well. We even tried to assist you when you came in the other day, 3 months later, with checking to see if the hole has closed. Unfortunately however, it is now many months after this happened, and it is not within our policy to refund an ear piercing service. And also, like you mentioned in the store, you didn’t prefer to re-pierce your daughter’s ears by us. The issue you mentioned about the earring back falling off has nothing to do with how thick or thin the earring is. It may have been a back that wasn’t secured properly, or may have been defective. That happens. Had you given us a call at the time, we would have been able to assist you with replacing the earring back, or guiding you through tightening it so that it secures well to the earring, before the earring got lost.We do our best to offer the best customer service we possibly can, and we are always available to answer any questions you may have about our exchange policy. Have you given us a phone call at the time this happened, we may have been able to offer a solution for you that way, but it is now over 3 months later that we are first hearing about this problem that you had, and at this point we can’t refund the ear piercing service, nor did you want them re-pierced.
