If possible, I would give JNH construction zero stars. Honesty and integrity are lacking in these people. If you are expecting them to respond once they get paid, think again. All I can say is DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

We have worked with Hassan from JNH Construction Co. for exterior house painting and for a gut rehab for a shower. We enjoy working with him and his prices are reasonable. For both projects, his workers showed up reliably and cleaned up when the jobs were finished. The exterior paint job was neatly done with minimal spillage. During the shower installation, a couple serious structural mistake were discovered and the workers had to fix the mistakes and pour the cement floor a second time. However, the final results were excellent and the shower looks fantastic.

we are remodeling our Brooklyn home and found Hasan on yelp. It is quite hard to find a good contractor in NY. Yelp has very few reviews on contractors. I called Hasan based on his 5-stars only reviews. I'm glad that I did. First, he's respectful and listen to what you need to do (many contractor sound rude, which I hate). He was very good at the planning stage to explain exactly how he was gonna do certain things. His pricing was very competitive for the area. He's currently halfway done with the work and so far, he's been great: his guys are at my home every day, he takes my phone call whenever I call him (many contractors are so hard to reach). And most importantly, he doesn't create "fake extras" to get more money. I had some extra work to do once we did some demo, but it was totally justified.I intend to write again once the house is done. He's been great so far!

I found JNH on Yelp and read a few but great reviews! And they were 100% right. Hasan met with me the morning after our first phone call. He was very knowledgeable in everything about construction/renovation. We were at the final phases of renovating our townhouse when we realized there was too much condensation in our basement. Our current general contractor did not know what to do about it so I wanted to find someone who knew the solution to our problem. Hasan suggested digging out the old cement in the basement, waterproof floor and cover with new cement. Also waterproof the surrounding walls and add new cement to our backyard which was sloped towards the basement area. It was quite a daunting problem/project but Hasan and his team knew exactly what to do and told us what needed to be done in detail. They made us feel at ease throughout the project with constant clear communication and open dialogue. We had received a couple other quotes on the same project but JNH's cost was unbeatable and Hasan kept his word on price and the work they would do. Some contractors we've dealt with would try to add on more cost or talk in circles but there was none of that here. They also assured me that if there were more problems down the road with the job they did they had another plan and will come back to fix it. I would definitely recommend JNH!
