Went to this office one day as a walk-in. They were kind enough to let me see the doctor... But I waited 1.5 hrs.. ok I know I'm a walk-in, pts with appointments take priority... I see the person I'm assuming is the doctor.. and he looks younger than me. He looked unsure. He gave me meds and sent me on my way. I'm in my mid 20s so... I felt sketchy that he look younger or my age and looked unsure.. so I picked up my meds and had them verified by my PCP first before taking. The meds that were prescribed relieved some pain. Not sure how I feel about returning.

Was there to be with my mom in case of emergencies. Appointment was at 10 AM. We arrived 30 mins early. My mom didnt go inside until 11 AM. While we were waiting, there were lots of rude passive aggressive comments and curses made by that one loud receptionist with short hair on other patients in front of them (in a different dialect) and her own colleague. Although it wasnt directly said to me or my mom, it was unpleasant to hear because its so toxic. Other than that, everyone waiting were watching the TV show being played on TV, a receptionist just changed it to a different show abruptly its not like they can watch it while working or hear it because its low volume.

Very friendly staff and doctors. Doctors listened to my concerns and kept me informed of the next steps regarding medication and future appointments. Definitely returning for any concerns I have in the future.
