He yelled at me through the phone because of his mistake during a billing issue. He may be a good doctor, but he needs to have someone else do his billing. TERRIBLE! The mistake was YOU inputted the WRONG Provider number (TIN) to Cigna. YOU needed to make the adjustment. I called to let you know this information and provide you with the correct information. But instead of listening, you became incredibly defensive and was yelling at me saying it wasn't your fault. My husband yelled profanity at you because he heard you through the phone raising your voice at me.

Doctor Sorra, From the reception desk to your office on both the intake and colonoscopy procedure dates I was made to feel at ease and in good hands. There are no distracting TV sitcoms or Dr. Oz-type playing, just a video screen in one corner with non-commercial health information and tips for better dietary habits. On the procedure day, I dosed in the waiting room. I heard your assistants soft voice call my name and as I followed her, Fernanda asked, Were you asleep? I nodded yes, and she said, Oh, that means everything will go well. And it did. Your assistant and anesthetist were cordial and very professional, chatting me up to relax my nervousness and, before I knew it, your assistant helped me off the table and led me to an adjoining room to decompress before meeting with you to get the results. All is well. So I will recommend your services and office to all whom I might meet in need of your excellent medical prowess. Thank you for the experience. Best. Jerome Greenberg
