Bellissi Furniture Gallery and Online Furniture Store

I dont really like writing negative reviews on google, but I have to on this one. I ordered what is called * Special Order* that was supposed to come 1.5 months after you place the order. Gala promised our couch would come in a month and a half. That was June,30, 2023. We had so much dissappointment with them just the way they lied. They kept saying that our item was stuck in Europe. Then after 4 months or so, we called them again , not Gala but someone on the phone said that the couch was in their store and would be delivered the next day. So, we through out our old couch and the rugs ( we ordered rugs too , for the entire apartment). But our order never came. What a disaster that was! We skipped our childrens birthdays because we had no couch or rugs in our apartment. After soo many calls, they sent us a couch ( light grey /white color) to use it until our original order came. Now it is January, 2024. We had enough with Gala s lies, she is a big liar! We called the store as usual ( she never directly spoke to us, they kept saying she wasnt there ) Oh what a irony! We cancelled our order, the next day Gala called saying our couch was here.not the rugs. We said ok! We got excited! But GUESS WHAT. They sent a different couch , with a very poor quality , the couch in brown color, LOL. I cant imagine how could someone be that liar saying that we ordered that specific couch, dont you know we have our receipt with the details on? Overall, poor customer service, they could be nice and smiling at you, but what good does it do?

My parents had an incredibly positive experience working with Gala at Bellissi furniture. They renovated their home and were in need of new furniture. Gala took her time in looking at their renovations and suggesting the best furniture to make their home more beautiful and comfortable. The pricing was very reasonable and Gala never upsold them anything. She was very easy to work with and truly cared about helping them. We will definitely return for any future furniture needs.

I dont usually buy furniture online but I came across this particular piece that was the exact measurements that I needed. I wasnt sure how it would work since I live out of state but I put in my zip code and got a shipping fee so I made the purchase. I was kept in contact with pretty regularly about the progress of shipment by Dmitry who was really friendly, and the store itself made the delivery, a 4 and a half hour drive one way and assembled the piece! Everyone was super friendly and professional. I was unable to be there for the completion of the assembly but when I returned everything looked amazing. I am so happy that I have had such a great experience and Im not used to a company going so above and beyond for a customer. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again!
