Update: called on April 1st and was informed pillows wont be delivered until after May 15th.. SMH. And, no one ever called ne back. I have been the one calling, even after they said someone will get back to me. Delivery window of 12 45 to 3 30 no contact no word. I called the store and was told I need to be patience because delivery can be anytime up to 6pm. Why text with a window if you are not coming close to the window? Items was finally delivered at 530 pm. Item was missing back cushions so I can't sit on the sofa. Called the store was told that I need to speak to my sales rep. He called me back and says he can't do anything for me, I have to call customer service. Get to the store, they tell me they have to come and get the couch and then re-deliver. Explain the logic. Re-deliver for two pillows. Smh #makeitmakesense. After much back and forth we settle on, I have to wait until the truck gets back to the warehouse. They will then check the truck and if the cushions are not there they will put the order in for the replacement. Horrible Day 2. Waited all day to hear from someone because I was told that they would check the truck and get back to me today. Never heard from anyone. Took it upon myself to call the store, claim the order for the parts went out since yesterday. Obviously that means no one was checking a truck. Gave me a number to call to check the status, have been trying all day and the number just rings out after picking the option. I also sent and email as per the response to my post, so I will keep you posted.

My furniture is 5 months old and is falling apart. Screws are coming out of the dining room table and chairs and the couch is dipping. I paid for the extended warranty, filed a claim and was told they will contact me in 48-72 hours, its been a week and I still haven't heard from them! Stay away from Raymour and Flanigan!!!!

Tanisha was the best sales associate. She gave me and my fiancé the confidence to make a great choice in the purchase of our new mattress. She took the time to explain the different types of mattresses and helped us feel confident with our choice. We will definitely will be returning soon.

To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this to commend one of your employees at the store on Flatbush Ave. across from Kings Plaza. Her name is Brittney Campbell. She is very helpful, competent, and professionali. We have bought furniture in the past and never had a great a salesperson. We are currently buying a living room set and 2 bedrooms.
