Today UPS delivered our chair in a battered box that appears to have been used more than once. The box containing the legs was also damaged and no assembly instructions were included. Fortunately for me and West Elm we had ordered an identical chair earlier. It was fortunate for me that I had kept the instructions and the chair was OK. It was fortunate for East Elm because we wouldnt have ordered a second chair after our bad experience of our first purchase. We ordered a bed earlier and we are now debating about taking the risk of getting someones reject if we buy a love seat.

Very irresponsible and incorrect people. after I wasted the whole day waiting for their meeting, I call them and after 10 minutes, they tell me it's canceled and they close it without asking for an apology, they don't care if they disrupt work or not, the misfortune that these kind of uneducated people present a company like West Elm, I definitely do not recommend this store

I wouldn't recommend buying at Elm's,there shipping is bad,and there furniture tends to fall apart.Your're better off buying at Ikea,Bob's furniture store,or Ashly's furniture

The best location!! This West Elm has the best selection and staff. We buy a lot from the brand but were having a hard time finding a rug. The customer service at our local store isnt great. The Empire Stores location was totally different. Jesse at this store is so helpful. He helped us check stock for several different rug options and kept going upstairs to bring all the rugs down. He was so patient and nice! The manager at that particular store is great too (Steve). Its a little bit of a trek for us from where we live but were definitely going back to that store next time we buy.
