I bought a table and chair set and when putting together one of the chairs the brace that goes between the back legs was drilled wrong so I cant screw it into the legs. I have tried to contact them with no response.

I recently purchased this little gem for my tiny kitchen at our beachy retreat. Excellent quality and craftsmanship. Item was well packaged and arrived quickly. As important as item quality is to me, customer service is of equal importance. I had a minor issue with the glass top and they had the issue solved within 24 hours of my unboxing of the merchandise. This type of problem solving and can do attitude has been difficult to find lately. While I was awaiting the resolution, I took a look at other items they offer and found myself a plant stand that I (of course) cannot live without. Items are good quality. Would highly recommend.

I ordered Alexa Living Sofa/Loveseat Dark Walnut Color Natural Rattan Wicker Handmade Design with Cushion through Amazon. The quality of the materials are well made. Everything needed to assemble was in the package. Made things so easy. The only reason I didnt put 5 stars is because the assembly was a bit confusing at first. I couldnt tell which piece was the front or the back. If it were better marked then I would totally give 5 stars! All in all, great furniture and so incredibly cozy. Cant wait to order more!

I recently bought a table and chairs set from this company and the image they used to promote the table and chairs was very deceptive. You cannot slide 2 chairs under each longer side of the table as per the picture they used to sell the item. The image they used is very misleading. I needed a table that sat 5- 6 people comfortably AND that I could tuck the chairs under the table when not in use. When I brought this to the sellers attention they claimed the image they used to advertise it does not show the chairs under the table. The worst part is, I bought an additional chair from them to accommodate what I was trying to accomplish. You be the judge. I do not recommend doing business with this company. They were not willing to help me after the sale. So now Im stuck with a table and chairs I cannot use.
