On January 26, 2024, we lost a valuable member in our family. My sister's husband of 52 years. Stacey and the rest of the staff @ DeRiso Funeral Home made the experience bearable, from helping us set up the memorial, to crying with me, my sister & nephew. Where to begin? Recently my cousin Israel G Mercado, went home with the Lord. This was a tough pill to swallow, his daughter made all the arrangements very heartbroken. The process was a real emotional. I have observed the professionalism and empathy displayed by your representative Stacey. She helped us through a very emotional process. She was always attentive to our needs, at times she would cry with us in solidarity. I have so much praise for Stacey that they are to numerous to mention. Deriso should be proud of having a member of the staff that have demonstrated a guidance, empathy and professionalism during a tough time for our family. on behalf of the Mercado and Gonzalez family, we wholeheartedly thank you for helping us through a difficult time. I want to thank you all for helping us plan my moms farewell. Melissa was super nice and answered all and any questions we had. Appreciate you Melissa. Mr Steve did an amazing job yesterday with helping up clean up and popping in every few minutes to make everyone was ok. He was such a big help and a wonderful man. Thank you all my moms service was beautiful
